Hall Hire. Need a venue for your Event or Function in Port Elizabeth?
The EPVCC's Clubhouse, Grounds & Facilities are owned by the EPVCC and they can be hired at a very reasonable rates for any function or event.
We accept bookings for Birthday Parties, Weddings, Family Reunions, Business Functions such as Team Building, Presentations, Year-End Parties, Braais etc. all on a self-catering basis.
The facilities available for hire include the following: -
- Venue Hall that can seat between 60 and 80 people, depending on the table layout and if space is required for dancing, presentations etc.
- Covered Patio area with see-through Awnings that can be opened if required, Bench seating and also Braai facilities.
- Crockery, Cutlery and also the option for use of the Clubs Bar facilities with a Barman.

In addition to offering facilities for functions, secure parking during the day (Monday to Friday) is also available at a reasonable rate.
Bookings are not only for Members but for the Public as well, however, Paid-up Members do receive preferential rates.
