HIRE THE FACILITIES

Basic Hall Hire — R2 500.00 (until 24:00)
Includes tables, chairs, a barman (serving drinks until 23:00), and a cleaner after the event.

Payment & Booking Confirmation
The preferred payment method is EFT. Proof of payment must be sent to the treasurer at treasurer@epvcc.co.za to confirm the booking.

Cancellation: If cancelled 30 days or more before the booking date, R1 250.00 is refundable.

Key Deposit — R500.00
Payable on the Friday before your function between 17:30 and 18:30 via cash or card to the barman, who will issue a receipt. The deposit is refunded after key return and facility inspection.

• Hall: maximum 80 people (reduces to 60 if a dance floor is required).
• Stoep area: an additional 60–70 people.

• The EPVCC is a licenced premises — no liquor may be brought in from outside.
• Upon arrival, check that the facility condition is satisfactory and all ordered items are present. Report any chipped, missing or damaged items before 10:00 on the day of your function, or to the bartender between 17:30–18:30 on the Friday if tables are set the day before.
• You will be charged for any damage, breakage, candle wax, or chips not reported within 1 hour of arrival.
• Candles are only permitted if pre-arranged.
• Do not stick, screw or nail anything into, onto or against the walls.
• Fires or braais are only permitted in the brick-built braai on the stoep and the outside braai facility. Braai grids are available on request.
• No vehicles are allowed on the grass or stoep areas within the white wooden fenced area. No parking in front of the garages.
• No wheel spinning or sharp turning (donuts) in the parking area.
• Please use biodegradable confetti.
• The facility has a generator operated by the barman when required. It powers lights and basic equipment only — not stoves, fryers, urns or kettles.
