The EPVCC Clubhouse, grounds and facilities are available to hire at competitive rates for a wide range of events and functions.
We welcome bookings from both EPVCC Members and the general public for:
Self-Catering Basis
All functions are offered on a self-catering basis, allowing you the flexibility to arrange your own catering and refreshments.
Hall hire is open to both EPVCC Members and the general public. Paid-up EPVCC Members receive preferential hire rates.
Facilities Available
Everything you need for a memorable function, all in one place.
Venue Hall
Our hall can accommodate approximately 60â80 people, depending on the table arrangement and whether additional space is required for dancing, presentations or other activities.
Covered Patio
A covered patio area with see-through awnings provides additional space and can be opened when required. Includes bench seating and braai facilities, ideal for relaxed social functions.
Crockery & Cutlery
Crockery and cutlery are available for use as part of your hall hire.
Club Bar
The Club's bar facilities can also be made available, with a barman provided where required.

Secure Daytime Parking
In addition to our function facilities, secure parking is available during the day, Monday to Friday, at a reasonable rate.
